Milia Event Rentals is a boutique chair, tabletop, and linen rental company based in Naples, Florida, specializing in luxury wedding event & tableware rentals for celebrations throughout Southwest Florida. Our collections feature carefully curated dining chairs, charger plates, glassware, dinnerware, flatware, and refined tabletop pieces designed to bring beauty and intention to every table.

Professional linen steaming is available with your rental order to help ensure your linens arrive looking polished and event-ready.
Do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Naples and Southwest Florida, with delivery fees based on event location, order size, and logistics. If your event is outside our typical service area, reach out and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
Do you offer setup?
Yes. Professional setup is available for our rental orders. Our team can coordinate placement and setup with your planner and/or venue so your rentals are ready when they're needed.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I reserve rentals?
We recommend reserving your rentals as early as possible, particularly for weddings during Southwest Florida's busy season. Popular pieces and dates can book quickly, so the earlier you know your rental needs, the better. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Do you have a minimum order?
Rental minimums may vary depending on the event, location, and scope of your order. Contact us with your event date and venue and we'll be happy to provide more information.
What if I don't see what I'm looking for?
Ask us! Our collection is intentionally curated, but if you have something specific in mind that you don't see in our online collection, let us know. We may be able to source it for your event.
